Fairlite Consulting was created in 2017 and is a team of façade specialists dedicated to bringing our client’s visions to life. Our multidisciplinary team’s technical expertise and innovative approach enable our experienced designers and structural engineers to develop practical, cost-effective, safe, and secure solutions.
We are passionate about sustainable design, ensuring that all façades meet or exceed performance and functionality standards.
Through close collaboration with our clients, we deliver exceptional designs and engineering, drawing from our extensive experience on both sides of the construction industry consulting and construction.
Our broad expertise allows us to work with clients from the initial design phase, collaborating with architects and developers to reduce costs upfront to working alongside builders and subcontractors. We support our clients throughout the entire building process, including on-site temporary works and final certification.

Gareth Winstanley started Fairlite Consulting in 2017 seeing a gap in the market for a Structural Facade Engineer who had actual practical experience within all aspects of design and façade construction.
Gareth has been designing and engineering complex curtain wall and structural glass facades around the globe for more than 25 years.
Gareth has a passion for complicated glass structures and technically challenging projects and has deservedly made his name in this sector of engineering and building.
