F3P1 & FP1.4 Certification – Health, Amenity and Weather Proofing
There are no DtS provisions in NCC Volume 1 2019 (F1.0) for weatherproofing of external facades. As such, part of Fairlite Consulting service is to prepare a performance-based design brief and assessment of performance solution in accordance with FP1.4 in conjunction with assessment method stipulated in NCC Volume 1 2019 Clause A2.2.
Thermal Design Certification
As part of this service, Fairlite Consulting works with the façade contractor and prepares full thermal analysis to assess compliance of façade with specified thermal performance requirements of the project.
NSW Design Building Practitioners for Class 2 and Class 3 Buildings
We have multiple NSW registered professional engineers and registered design practitioners in the DBP act fields of structural and façade.
We offer the preparation of regulation designs and design compliance declarations.

Fairlite Consulting is led by experienced Chartered and Registered Engineers, and meets and maintain the stringent professional qualification and experience requirements for registration with the following governing bodies:

Temporary Works Certification
Temporary Works Certification, for example façade panel lifting and stillage design – “AS 4991 Lifting devices” standard, Section 12 stipulates two methods to verify lifting equipment
- Third party design analysis – Fairlite Consulting provides full engineering services including preparation of lifting calculation and design certification.
- Proof load testing – this is performed by companies specialising in testing services.
