447 Collins Street, also known as Collins Arch, is a striking mixed-use development featuring two 39-story towers connected by an eight-story sky bridge. It offers 202 residential apartments, 49,000 square meters of commercial office space, and the luxury W Hotel with 294 rooms, creating a unique silhouette in Melbourne’s skyline. Fairlite Consulting designed a custom over-cladding at the request of our clients, which blends seamlessly into the original aesthetics.
