Fairlite Consulting are proud to be the design engineers and certifiers of the external envelope for this cutting-edge commercial tower. Cbus’s $1 billion tower is one of the first office towers in the world to have a “solar skin” façade, which will generate over 20% of the building’s energy requirement.

The new tower, which was developed by Cbus Property and constructed by Multiplex, is set to be a groundbreaking project in sustainable building design. This 48-storey office tower, designed by Bates Smart, will feature approximately 60,000 square meters of premium office space and 1,300 square meters of retail space.
